Returns Policy

Global Shipping & Incoterms VeloCraft Industry exports globally, primarily serving the USA, UK, Germany, and Australia. We offer multiple shipping options based on your timeline and budget:
Express Courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS): 4–7 days (Best for samples and small bulk).
Air Freight: 7–12 days (Best for medium bulk).
Sea Freight: 25–40 days (Best for large scale bulk). Unless agreed as DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), orders are shipped FOB (Free on Board) or CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight). The buyer is responsible for destination customs duties and import taxes.

Sampling & Approvals Because all orders are custom-manufactured to client specifications, we require clients to order and approve a physical sample before bulk production begins. This ensures the leather grade, stitching, and sizing meet your exact requirements.

Bulk Order Returns & Defects Due to the custom nature of private-label manufacturing, we do not accept returns on bulk orders for “change of mind.” However, VeloCraft Industry stands behind its quality. If any items arrive with manufacturing defects (e.g., faulty zippers, torn stitching, incorrect sizing compared to the approved sample):
You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
Provide clear photos/videos of the defective items.
Upon verification, we will either replace the defective items in your next order or issue a corresponding credit/refund for those specific units.
