1. General Agreement By requesting a quote, ordering samples, or proceeding with bulk production with VeloCraft Industry, you agree to the following business terms. These terms apply to all international B2B transactions.
2. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) Our standard MOQ for bulk production is 20 units per style/color. We do offer paid sampling (1-5 pieces) for quality checking and design approval prior to bulk production.
3. Payment Terms To commence bulk production, we require a standard 50% advance deposit via Bank Wire Transfer (T/T), Western Union, or mutually agreed upon payment gateways. The remaining 50% balance must be cleared prior to shipping, after we provide digital proof (photos/videos) of the finished goods.
4. OEM & Customization Liability Clients requesting custom private labeling must ensure they have the legal right to use the provided logos, trademarks, and designs. VeloCraft Industry assumes no liability for copyright infringement on client-provided designs.
5. Production Lead Times Lead times vary based on order complexity and quantity.
- Samples: Typically 7–14 business days.
- Bulk Orders: Typically 3–5 weeks after sample approval and deposit clearance.
- Note: Delays caused by material shortages, international shipping, or customs clearance are outside our direct control, though we actively manage all logistics.
